Repair Service

 Our repair service includes two technicians who are regularly trained to be on the cutting edge of new technologies. We repair all models of domestic sewing machines, embroidery, serger, coverstich (recovery) and blindstich (sewing invisible). Our service is fast and reliable.

  

Focus:

We start by checking at several points to detect abnormalities if any, then we proceed to clean and it ends with lubrication.

 

1) Check
The machine is checked on several aspects: the lower voltage and higher, the pivot, the drive system, the length of points, the balance of the lapel, the height of the needle, all light bulbs or LED lights, the effectiveness of all knives, gears, calibration of the screen and embroidery unit, the internal software version, the belt tension and all the engine parts that are damaged or too worn. I will enumerate some of the checks that we can perform on a machine.

 

2) Evaluation:

 The assessment is free for sewing machines. By cons, we request a deposit of $ 25 + tax non-refundable for Overlock and coverstichs because they require extra work to give a more fair and accurate. Subsequently, when completed, one of our technicians will contact you for evaluation. No work is done without your consent. In case of refusal, the only requirement is that the deposit is not refundable and serger coverstich but no charge for sewing machines.

 

 3) Clean:

We open the machine to inspect all internal components and blowing compressed air over 100 pounds of pressure, which removes any dust or textile needle which remains trapped inside during sewing. Tensions are cleaned using a product for removing dust from the son and gearing systems are also cleaned. The carbon that accumulates inside the engine is off giving it a smoother ride.

 

 4) Lubricate:
A fine drop of oil or cleanser is applied to the needle bar and the ends of the ring (bushing). Systems and all the gear mechanisms with movement are lubricated. In general, lubrication is done on all machines unless otherwise directed by manufacturer.

  
5) Warranty:

All work performed by our repair service is guaranteed.

The warranty is 3 months on parts & labor on repairs.
